Hello, this is Álvaro, born and raised in San Sebastian, guide and owner for Around Tours San Sebastian. I could tell you many things about my virtues, my weakest points... etcétera. But I'm just gonna tell you a story:
It was the summer of 2016 and I had just finished my third year of Bussiness Administration. That's when this whole project started. I wanted to be my own boss, and I realized something was changing: more English speaking people were entering pintxo bars intimidated by the language barrier.
Since then, I have developed my tours based on two simple concepts:
1. Real Value
Doing what is truly worth doing: must-see places, authentic experiences, and connecting you with local creators.
2. Listening
Always listening to the market. Always listening to YOU and what your interests are.
