The tours are private, you decide how many guests to invite. In wineries and museums, the tour may not be private.

4. Where are pick up and drop off points?

We pick up and drop off our guests at their hotel or choice of location in San Sebastian. If you need up to pick you up outside of San Sebastian, please contact us.

“San Sebastian by foot” and “Pintxo Tours” are three unique tours that do not require a vehicle. If you hotel is in the center of town, we will meet you there. If your hotel is not located in the center of town, we will meet on the Boulevard, at the taxi stop.

6.Can I extend my tour with another activity?

The tours are designed to give our guests sufficient time to calmly enjoy the area they are visiting. There are various tours throughout the Basque Country that last from morning to afternoon. Depending on the request, we will most likely be able to extend your tour.

7. Are there additional costs apart from the online reservation?

Lunch is not usually included in FULL DAY tours. Tickets, transportations, etc. are included in the price.

La Rioja Tour includes lunch. The pintxos on the pintxo tour and lunch at “Gure Borda” are also included in the tour price.

8. How is the payment carried out?

Payment is made online. Click on the reservation button of anytour and follow the instructions.

9. Can I cancel or modify the reservation in case of a change in my plans?


If you cancel 24 hours before a tour you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before a tour you will receive a 50% refund.

If you do not show up for a tour and do not cancel the tour you will not receive a refund.

10. Is there a refund policy regarding a cancellation made by the Around Tours?

In the unlikely case that tour tour is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

11. Is it possible to change my tour date in case of an unforeseen incident?

Yes, as long as we are informed at least 24 hours before and your day of choice is not already booked with another tour.

12. How long is a tour?

The approximate duration of a tour is specified in the tour details section of each tour description.

13. Is there a minimum age requirement to participate in a tour?

No. Please advise us if your child will be needing a booster seat.

14. What kind of clothes do you recommend I wear on the tour?

We always travel with clean ironed clothes. We hope you will do the same. Just kidding. Depending on the tour, we recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a pair of sunglasses and with the weather calls for it, a light sweater or sweatshirt and/or raincoat. San Sebastian has four seasons: please review the weather forecast for the day of your tour.

15. Will I need to bring anything on the tour?

No. We provide everything for you.

16. Does the tour require that I possess specific abilities or knowledge?

The ability to enjoy life.

We speak english, spanish and euskera. Otherwise please consult with us for tour guide availability.

18. Is there any restriction on how many personal belongings I can bring along with me on the tour?

19. Are there any restrictions on cellphone use or photography during the experience?

No, unless the photographs are destined for commercial use. Otherwise, external restrictions may be applied in wineries or museums.

20. Can I personalize my tour?

Yes. If the duration and tour destinations do not suffer too much change, there is no problem. We adapt.

IMPORTANT: If duration and tour destination in respect to standard tour times and destinations are significantly different, the price will be modified.

21. Does the tour include food and drink?

Depends. This is specified in the “Included” section in each tour description.

22. Do children get a discount?

Yes. Children under the age of 10 are free of charge. Children/adolescents between the age of 10 and 17 receive a discounted price. This is mentioned in the “details” section in each tour description.
